Import and export goods receipts, shippers or their agents, when importing and exporting goods, shall fill out the import and export goods declaration form in the format prescribed by the customs within the prescribed time limit, accompanied by relevant shipping and commercial documents. At the same time, they shall provide the approval documents for the import and export of goods and declare to the customs. The main documents for customs declaration are as follows:
Imported goods declaration form: Generally, two copies should be filled out. The customs declaration form should be accurate, complete, and written clearly, and pencils should not be used; In various parts of customs declaration, customs regulations stipulate statistical codes, tariff codes, and tax rates, and customs declaration will be filled out in red pen; Each customs declaration form is limited to four items of goods to be filled in; If any necessary changes or other situations are found, the change order should be submitted to the customs in a timely manner.
Export goods declaration form: generally fill in two copies. The filling request is basically the same as the declaration of imported goods. If the information is incorrect or needs to be changed and the content is not updated in a timely manner, and there is a situation of customs clearance after the customs declaration, the customs declaration unit should go to the customs within three days to handle the correction procedures.
