During the customs clearance process, there will be a necessary step of customs inspection for the goods, which is an essential step. Generally, during customs inspection, the product packaging will be opened or samples will be taken for spot checks (note: for products that cannot be opened, please declare in advance to avoid inspection delays). According to relevant national laws and regulations, the inspection rate for express delivery is within 10%. So, for goods imported through express delivery and small-scale trade, the customs will conduct inspections based on the supervision conditions of the declared product name and the probability of inspection on the same day.

If no abnormal situation is found during the inspection process, the customs will issue an inspection notice on the spot to seal and release the goods. If a customs clearance occurs, it may be caused by the following six situations:

1. The declared value and valuation are inconsistent;

2. The product name does not match the product;

3. The packing list is unknown;

4. Goods containing prohibited items;

5. Weight discrepancy;

6. The recipient's conditions do not allow it. (such as lack of import and export rights, etc.)
